So today marks the first day of February. 3 more months till May when schools out and its summer. Time to work on toning those arms and abs, this months challenge will help with just that. If push ups are hard for you to do there are a couple different varieties you can do, up against the wall, on your knees, or if you a have a weight bench thats close to the ground (place hands on the bench use push up position but doing this way will be a little easier then on the floor).

GNC Total lean shake 25.
O.M.G this shake is amazing by its self.
Generally if I'm at work and want a quick easy meal but dont want to have to make something this is my go to.
I mix it with 14 ounces of 1% milk with 2 scoops.
