So today marks the first day of February. 3 more months till May when schools out and its summer. Time to work on toning those arms and abs, this months challenge will help with just that. If push ups are hard for you to do there are a couple different varieties you can do, up against the wall, on your knees, or if you a have a weight bench thats close to the ground (place hands on the bench use push up position but doing this way will be a little easier then on the floor).
